Affordable, Reliable basic legal assistance. I drive for a living, so getting my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation was very big. Very straight forward, professional. Really can't ask for a better experience.

Cannot imagine a more satisfactory outcome than what Christina Pendleton's team managed. I'd been ticketed for reckless driving (87 in a 70 zone) and figured I'd have to pay the $300+ fine AND suffer the concomitant points (4-6); but by the time I returned home, the Pendleton letter describing services had arrived. I called the firm and made arrangements for their representation. The result: NO points and a lesser fine plus Court fee. What's more, her post-appearance letter included instructions on how to pay the fine/fee online. Without those very clear instructions, I'd have given up any attempt at negotiating the abstruse courts/state/va website. Thank you for that, too.

Christina Pendleton was the best lawyer I've been fortunate enough to find and hire. I received many letters from attorneys after receiving a "reckless driving" ticket in VA. All the other letters were brief and blatant attempts at fear mongering. Christina's letter simply explained the facts and the law in VA. She told me exactly what to do to help my case along. The results cannot always be the same for every driver (based on one's driving history and offense), but she got my ticket removed and all I owed was court cost. Her firm seems to prefer e-mail over phone and I like that as well, since every communication is in writing. Her team responds quickly to questions and other concerns. TERRIFIC PEOPLE ALL AROUND. I would definitely use her firm again.

Currently I'm a NC resident that was driving through VA in order to make it back in time for the Super Bowl Party. I was surprisingly pulled over and unfortunately sited with a reckless driving ticket. I recently received a ticket in Sussex county, VA and was cited for reckless driving (82/70). 82/70 RD on I-95. Came home and paid via phone. Then I was inundated with letters from law firms who wanted to represent me. CP&A was the only one that was up front about the fee. Even though I had already paid and pled guilty, the charge was reduced to a no-points violation. There was no way that this firm could have been more helpful or done a better job. Look no further for a reasonable, trustworthy law firm.
