Courteous and hassle-free experience. I got a ticket for 86 on a 70 in Greensville VA on 95 which is a Class 1 misdemeanor i.e. criminal offense (argh!). I picked Christina Pendleton & Associates from among the many letters I received for representation. They were clear about the fee and expected outcome. They were able to get my charge reduced to 79 on 70 traffic offense (vs a criminal offense) with $200 fine. I'm happy with the outcome and their service.

Pulled over with an 83 in a 70, RECKLESS DRIVING. I may hate VA's traffic laws, but this firm was very helpful (and reasonably priced compared to others) in resolving the issue. Reduced my charge to "Defective Equipment" with no points on my license and nothing on my criminal record. Took care of my court appearance so I didn't have to make the 4-hour round trip. Very informative before and after, contacting me the day after my court date. Definitely recommended based on how they handled my case.

Five star service if you ever fall victim to a speed trap in VA

I am a VA Driver and got Reckless Driving for 83/70 while driving a NY plate car near Emporia VA. I received multiple letters from various lawyers and after doing my research I decided to go with Pendeltons. I appreciate Pendleton team (Paralegal and Attorneys) to being patient with me and responding to my numerous queries and resolving my Reckless Driving matter with best possible outcome.
