I worked with Amy and her staff (Jana and Susan) on my personal injury case that also involved worker's comp. Their whole team was reliable, responsive, dependable, professional and honest with me. Amy was patient with me when I lost all the patience I had for worker's comp and she understood me. I really wish she was my attorney for everything and I highly recommend her if you ever need an attorney for worker's comp or personal injury!

After my car accident in 2019 and being offered a very low settlement amount from the car insurance company I started looking for a lawyer… I called allen Allen &allen and they did not disappoint!! Robert Reid and his associates (Denisha Edmonds and Libby ) were so nice and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way!!! Due to Covid there was a delay in my case but their constant contact with me made me not worry as I knew the outcome would be worth it!! And it totally was!!! Not only did we win my case but it was way more than I expected!! I would 1000 percent recommend allen allen &allen and more specifically Robert Reid of your in need of a lawyer!!

The worst attempt of legal representation i have ever experienced. The communication was minimal and counsel was consistently ill prepared. Repetitive questions showed a lack of actual research completed on their end. Each conversation that took place with attorney Ryan Wind and his paralegal assistant, Laura from the Mechanicsville location I found myself “building” the case myself. There was no legal advice given rather they expected me to settle when the outcome of the case could have potentially been successful with the right person willing to go to bat for me. A permissive withdrawal was suggested as the incompetence showed on counsel’s end. They “no longer felt comfortable representing me as they felt another firm would be better suited for me.” Toward the end of the conversation, I became extremely offended when the attorney said the withdrawal “wasn’t personal” and that he liked me as a person because I was “a nice lady” who was “ARTICULATE” and “WELL SPOKEN!” As your current client and as a minority, that comment was completely unnecessary and extremely offensive! I could hear the micro aggressions and the demeaning tone from his voice. He also hung up the phone abruptly which exposed how quickly he wanted to terminate the phone call. I would never recommend this firm to anyone of color and To those in need of actual representation.

They were extremely helpful and I am impressed with how well they handled my case. They communicated with me every step of the process and I would highly recommend them.
