I hired Ericka Battle in 2018 for a charge I had in chesterfield, she was absolutely amazing to work with, and got my charged dismissed! She took my case very serious and she really fights hard for her clients!

Ms. Battle and her assistant Ms. Hershey were great to work with. The charges were dropped and my case was dismissed. It would not have happened without their guidance and experience. I highly recommend Ms. Erika Battle.

Ms. Battle was effective in securing an Order of Protection to protect me from my spouse and was diligent in having false and malicious charges he filed against me dropped. She and her Assistant, Kristalyn, showed great compassion as I reported the weekly (and sometimes daily) terror suffered.

This is the second time Ms. Battle has represented me, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. NOT GUILTY. She is sophisticated, professional, and very poised. If you hire Ms. Battle you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ericka!!!!

Ms Battle did not do a whole lot of communicating with me during the trial or on the phone... I was concerned she may have been neglecting me.... But in reality she was in the courtroom, outside of it and everywhere in that courthouse pushing for my charges to be dismissed....She was diligent and thorough when it came to doing the things she said she would.My case was a case of me being in the wrong place and catching some raw charges ... Overall, I give Ericka a "good" rating. Her work was sound, and she may have done the best should could on my case with the particular judge that she had to work with, but I would have liked to have known from her why the judge would not drop the speeding charge. A little extra communication may have turned this experience into an "excellent" review.
