I haven't been terribly impressed with The Joel Bieber Firm so far. I called them the morning after my accident. The investigator didn't meet with me until 3 days later. We signed the paperwork to retain them at that meeting. The investigator told me to call the office 1 week later to find out who my coordinator would be. When I did that, the assigned coordinator was on vacation. I communicated with the investigator to provide more details on what I've been able to find out about the accident, but radio silence from TJBF to me, other than the investigator acknowledging that he received my messages. So now, it's been 11 days since my accident, I've gotten no fewer than 3 messages asking me to leave a review, but nobody has proactively contacted me for MY benefit. It's all about YOU guys. Do you care about your clients at all? I haven't seen anything yet that makes me think you do.
