Since I haven't had much contact with my lawyer nor investigator, I was left on read numerous times with no reply but when they need to ask if I'm seeking treatment they will contact me. I've been contacted via phone 1 time by my lawyer. I've spoken to the investigator 1 times since the consultation. Their goal is to rack up medical bills until the insurance company budges. I have never been asked about work which I've lost my job. I haven't been asked about my mental health or my life. I haven't been into their office nor spoke to anyone since my consultation. The one time I did was when my lawyer was going on vacation for a week and I never spoke to him again after. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. This law firm is definitely for cash settlements not necessarily to seek air fight justice. The photo will show you I have been contacted maybe one time a month if that.

My experience from the moment I walked into Joel Bieber's office to meet with them for the first time was nothing but professional, competent and efficient processing of my claim. Over the course of 2 1/2 years they worked on my case and kept me updated every step of the way Even when the other party did not respond for months at a time, they never stopped methodically working toward a settlement in my favor. Even after a judge awarded me a settlement and the other side refused to settle appealing in order to delay paying, my attorney Miranda Mayhill never stopped working on my behalf. Her staff, especially Nicole Webber made sure everything was in order on our side. When the other party insisted on a court hearing their appeal, even knowing they had lost the first court case, Miranda filed motions letting them know what would happen if they did not pay a reasonable settlement, and they finally gave up and paid. Although this was not a large dollar case, she treated it as if it were the most important thing they were working on. She patiently explained every step taken and made sure I understood my options. When we went to court for the initial trial, she spent a generous amount of time in person preparing me for every possible option that I might encounter the day of the hearing. I highly recommend Joel Bieber's team of professionals if you need to obtain the best result possible for your case.
