DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE!!! I WAS SWITCHED SEVERAL TIMES ONLY RECEIVING AN EMAIL ABOUT IT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY SENT PAYMENT TO THEM AND I WAS NOT EVEN NOTIFIED. I HAD TO LOOK ONLINE TO SEE!! WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE NICOLE LIED AND SAID SHE SAW AND EMAIL WHERE MIRANDA EMAILED ME TO NOTIFY ME. AFTER I WENT THROUGH EACH EMAIL. SHE SAID “OH IM SORRY, IT WAS A FOLLOW UP WITH THE COMPANY”. I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY ‼️I waited a year to get less than what I would have received from the insurance company if I would have settled for bill payment and pain and suffering. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME FOR ME. BUT BENEFICIAL FOR THEM.
