Great company very professional.

Bruce was my initial investigator… kind, informative and patient. I have also had the pleasure of Alec, extremely communicative and knowledgeable as well. Thus far I could not be more at ease with my choice. Thank you to The Joel Bieber Firm.

I am on the Listing Side of the transaction. Vesta does not return phone calls; rather they send emails. I left a message the morning after closing asking when the sellers can expect their proceeds and to ensure Vesta has the correct mailing address to send the listing side commission. I did not receive a call Back - instead, I received an email the next day asking me to provide the HOA email addresses - which should have been provided to Vesta by the buyer's agent. I placed another call and after I refused to be put into voicemail, the kind person answering the phone was very helpful going back and forth between her office personnel and myself. I was finally told to ignore the request for HOA email information and that the seller's proceeds and my broker's commission would be sent "sometime today". The fact that they can't return a phone call is unacceptable in my opinion. And, that they disperse funds at the very last minute allowed by law is ridiculous. I have been in real estate over 20 years and have never experienced this lack of customer service. I hope to never have another closing where they are on the buyer side. FOLLOW UP TO YOUR RESPONSE: Respectfully, your company is the one who disperses funds, so your company is the only one who can reply when my seller client is wondering why they have not received the proceeds from their sale, nor heard anything, on the second day after closing. I was simply inquiring on behalf of my client. Had you communicated there was an issue with deed recording, that would have been fine and understandable, but you did not. Instead your firm left me hanging and with an upset client. I am hopeful bringing this to your attention will encourage your company to return calls to ANY party related to a closing your firm is handling. Thank you.

I want to personally thank everyone from the Joel Bieber firm for their assistance on my case.
