After I had my car wreck I was left with nothing. Couldn't work, had no vehicle and had some insurance company tell me I was only worth 500$. Called Joel Bieber law firm and their staff did everything to make sure I was going to be treated fairly. If it wasn't for them I'd be in the gutter. Thank You. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism that I received from this office. It was made clear from my first consultation that this would be a long process and I was asked to be patient, which is understandable and completely fair. After not hearing anything at all for almost 8 months, I contacted my attorney's paralegal via email and received a confused response, addressing me by another name (which happened very frequently via emails over the length of my representation), that stated I was no longer being represented by the firm. In May 2020 I was sent a copy of the separation letter dated October 2019 via email and was supplied with a non-existent USPS Certified Letter Tracking number for the letter that was sent to me to inform me. According to the USPS, the tracking number was never scanned by the USPS. When I replied and made them aware of all of this, I got no response at all. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from a firm that is so highly regarded in the area.

Well when I received a return call from the firm the paralegal got my file mixed up with somebody else's and was totally confused about my identity then I had to verify my identity with her and re-issue all the information that I ever gave them I'm really starting to wonder about the legitimacy of this firm
