Riley and Wells helped massively in lowering the penalty for a pretty bad traffic ticket and were also extremely personable, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for legal assistance with difficult traffic tickets.

So, I was vacationing in Florida with my fiance in January 2023. I was in such a rush to get home being as it was the only cold weekend in Florida when we happened to be out there and we live all the way in New Jersey. While I was passing by Virginia on I-95 I didnt realize that I was going 92 mph on a 70 mph zone until a police officer had stopped me and told me that he could take me to jail for it. I also could not find my license because I was in such a panic and it wasn't in my wallet where it always is, it happened to be in my back pocket (where I didn't check). So I ended up with a reckless driving ticket going 92 in a 70 and also a ticket for not being able to provide a license. I was panicking and doing so much research and called around like crazy to different lawyers in Virginia. I stopped calling around after I called Riley & Wells because Ive heard alot of good things from them on Reddit from people saying they had actually been going 92 in a 70 like I had and that Riley & Wells really saved them from jail time and everything. As soon as I got on the phone with Mr. Remington at Riley & Wells I immediately felt at ease as he said he would probably be able to get my "no license ticket" removed, if not just a small $10 payment and would be able to get my Reckless Driving down to the lowest charge possible and that I would not receive jail time. He also talked of how he knew everyone who was going to be there at the date of the court and that he knew the cop personally and he just made me feel very assured that he would get me the best deal possible. I immediately agreed to go with him, the price was very reasonable for those crazy tickets. All that he had recommended that I should do was take a 12 hour online driving course which I completed. I was so happy to hear that on my court date my "license ticket" was completely waived and for the reckless driving ticket I only got charged instead with a NON MOVING infraction with ZERO points. I was and still am over the moon happy and I would recommend this place a thousand times over to anyone who is stuck with anything in Virginia and needs an AMAZING lawyer. His team is also very personable and always got back to me as soon as possible whenever I had questions or concerns and I am speechless as far as how happy I am that I went with Riley & Wells. I got a ticket for a 90 in 70 with one previous reckless driving ticket. I was in a panic and afraid of possible incarceration or losing my license.
