Very professional and easy to work with. Retainer is very reasonable, especially if you are from out of state and are unaware of Virginia's very strict traffic laws. Very well represented in court and in my case the original offense was downgraded. Cannot recommend Riley & Wells enough.

I am very pleased with the outcome. This law firm was professional, efficient and aggressive with my speeding ticket / wreckless driving charge. Everything reduced to a non moving fine only!!!! Initially I shopped around and there were firms that were asking for a lot less BUT you can’t compare the advice , the fight and EFFECTIVENESS you receive !!! DEFINITELY worth it!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

I recently got a reckless ticket going 87mph on a 70mph. As a full time college students and have a part time job I was very stressed/nervous if I can afford the lawyer fees or if I have the time to do additional requirements such as community services. Mr. Cody Remington gave me a flat fee of $1000 to represent me in court. He was able to reduce my charge to non effective equipment. Even though i spent a month of worth of pay check to paid for this and court fees. I’m very thankful for Mr. Remington and the receptionist for always being helpful and definitely learned my lesson.
