The office staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I attempted to leave a message for Joe Dean the receptionist Kristen was very rude and some what passive aggressive.
However, Joe Dean returned my call quickly and answered all the questions I had. I felt that he genuinely cared about my situation and making sure I was adequately represented.

I worked with Mr. Dean and not only were all my questions answered but they were very professional. I had gotten a reckless driving charge in New Kent County and Mr. Dean worked his hardest to get it dropped to a minor traffic infraction. I was 77 in a 55, 22 over and ended up with a speeding ticket instead of a reckless and also only had to take a drivers improvement course which Mr. Dean and His paralegal had given me the link to. Thank you guys so much for your hard work. My life, Career, and Insurance thank you greatly.

I was represented by Joe Dean for a traffic matter and was very pleased with the offices hard work. I considered this a simple matter and they still prioritized my confidence. Response time was always quick and my matter was resolved timely. Although I did not need to attend I decided to, and was very happy with my attorneys professionalism. I recently used Riley & Wells for a court case that I was extremely nervous about and I can truly say that I am more than satisfied with my outcome. I am an out of state resident and was unaware of the penalties for reckless driving in the state of Virginia. The team at Riley & Wells communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated with my case. I ended up getting all charges dropped. And only had to pay minor court fees.
