RILEY & WELLS YOU ARE THE BEST!
I received a reckless driving ticket in VA and the attorney was able to get the ticket dismissed (I had to pay fees/court cost ). There are no points on my license, my license did not get revoked, and most of all my insurance did not go up.
THANKS R&W firm

Mr. Remington took my speeding case in January 19 without nonsense promise. He did the best to lower the charge. Well Done!

Cody Remington was an excellent attorney that provided the best possible outcome and I highly recommend him. I am an out of state resident that was caught in, what is considered in almost every other state, a speed trap. A disreputable city that controls a one mile stretch of highway uses it as a revenue source for their city. Cody was able to provide me with an outcome that didn’t put a moving violation on my record but this crooked city still got their money. This officer looks for out of state plates and snags people who are going a few miles an hour over the speed limit on an empty highway where nobody would expect to be ticketed. I’m happy about Cody’s performance but I think the state of Virginia needs to look at this unconstitutional speed trap.
