I contacted this firm immediately after getting pulled over for a traffic violation outside of Richmond. Along with the traffic violation, a bulb on my brake light was out and I also received a ticket for that. From the initial point of contact, they have been so professional and have communicated very well up until my case was settled. Doug was always on top of things and made sure I knew every possible outcome and ensured he’d do his best. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and recommend them to all! Also, their price is EXTREMELY fair! No bs at all.

I was driving home to NJ from Florida and had a run in with a state cop who said I was going 84/70. He wrote me up for reckless driving which is a misdemeanor and being young I didn’t want that on my record. I reached out to the firm and they said they could help me out. Had the unfortunate situation of getting a speeding ticket in Virginia. There is a small sign as you enter Virgina that says speeding over 80 MPH is a reckless driving infraction. You have to really look for it. Coming out of NC into Virginia on I95 it’s 2 lanes. I was passing a tractor trailer(he was going 75mph) and it’s annoying driving behind these guys so I passed him. A VA state trooper got me on rader 83 in a 70 as I was passing. I really have no respect for these speed trap officers. All he did was give me a ticket. No talking - nothing- just here you go. Told me to call the number to find out how much the fine would be - nothing about reckless driving which would require a court appearance. I immediately googled and found Riley and Wells law firm. Spoke with the para legal and got the information I needed - she referred me to the attorney who would handle the case - Cody Remington who walked me theough5he whole process. This firm was terrific and as advised he represented me in court and got my speeding infraction reduced to a non moving equipment violation. Doing 85 in a 70 in pa, state police won’t even blink. Got pulled over in Virginia and find out it’s a misdemeanor with potential of $2500 fine and a year in jail. What kind of crazy state is this?? Great experience with Riley and Wells handling a reckless driving ticket (83mph in a 70mph zone). Being from out of state, I didn't realize Virginia handled certain speeds differently than a simple moving violation. They walked me through what was needed and got a favorable outcome from the court appearance.

During a recent trip to South Carolina, just before Thanksgiving, I happened to receive a souvenir from the state of Virginia, courtesy of the Sheriffs Department on RTE 295.
