I received pretty good service from Tronfeld and Durrett. I think their interest rate is a little high but I have no complaints other than that.

I am giving Mr. Wiley Latham 5 stars. He practices great humanitarianism. I started out not happy, but then this guy went above and beyond and did the unthinkable to make sure I was a happy client. Now the TWD firm need to get rid of those old commercials, update them, and add Mr. Latham onto the new commercials, bc he definitely work hard for his clients, deserves proper acknowledgement and respect. The billboard is not enough TWD, get on the job. Peace & Blessing WL.

They don't return phone calls after they take your case,only updates you get is when you call them and finally get to talk to an assistant

I was a client of Mrs. West's in 2009 for a bad car accident I was in. The result of the car accident left me with a rather large scar, a broken bone and various other pains. I didn't have health insurance at the time and Mrs. West and her team at Tronfeld's were able to help me through the process of handling my situation with ease. I would recommend Tronfeld West & Durrett to anyone who has been in a car accident and is looking for a helping hand to guide them through the process!

Following a trailer accident in Florida February 2016 when our trailer itself was totaled and my wife suffered a very serious head injuries, I went to our longtime insurance agent for advice but received no help or guidance for our plight whatsoever! My next step was to inquire from my recently retired lawyer what advice he could give us, and he immediately suggested a call should be put in to Jay Tronfeld as he was the best person along with his firm to handle our case. Very soon we had an appointment with Jay and were greeted with warmth, sympathy, and understanding of our anxieties. Prior to our visit, he had reviewed the accident and hospitalization of my wife completely and very thoroughly, but needed to listen to our version of events before giving us a very accurate estimate of what to expect in our case, both possible timeline and outcome. All medical and hospital bills were handled for us while also protecting us from all legal issues. At least weekly we arrived at Jay's office with several letters and bills received by us which were then taken care of productively. Jay and his firm were very efficient, patient, understanding, and persevered through every step of our journey after a most traumatic occurrence in our life. We were kept well informed as to all that was happening . My wife's physicians and therapist were contacted in reference to my wife's progress neurologically, as well as the Florida attorney because laws in the two states being dealt with are different. Our case was satisfactorily resolved and we are both grateful to Jay and his firm for their extremely professional, discreet, and very helpful handling to help us so much.
