Contacted this firm when just beginning the process of trying to get Ford to declare my Motorhome a lemon. First contact was with Jennifer. What a delight to be working with her!! She helped explain the process, provided a draft Notification Letter, and answered process questions that came up. The firm was in the ready should I run into trouble with Ford. Thankfully, did not have to get to that point. Ford accepted my complaint (and documentation) and have offered to repurchase my Motorhome. I hired the consumer law group on a consumer rights issue. The office support staff of Jenifer Gruber and Pam Campbell were absolutely spectacular. Returned messages promptly and showed great attention to detail. I have a legal background and my case did not go to court. I only spoke to John Gayle on one occasion but in my opinion, if you hired him, you would be well represented .
