Called to ask what I could do about Equifax arbitrarily dropping my credit score by 100 points for absolutely no reason, they also just raised my score 100 points because? Three weeks later still waiting on a call back. By the way, this is the third time they nailed my score for 100 points in the last year, 800 to 700 and back again, haven't been late on a payment in years.

I contacted CLG re very frustrating problem I was having with Trans Union erroneously removing an account from my credit profile and refusing to place it back despite the many efforts by myself and the creditor. I talked to Jeniffer and she was able to give me some basic information on where to start to resolve my issue with a promise to follow up at an allotted time and to schedule an consult if I did not get any results from the suggested initial recourse. They were very helpful and professional and answered all our questions pertaining to our problem with repair work and warranty work on a new RV. They guided us step by step in resolution of our problem. I would recommend this law group to anyone that had a problem with a vehicle that needed repairs or warranty work to be done and were having an issue getting the problem or problems resolved. They were very courteous and friendly and were more than willing to help get the matter resolved in a timely manner.

I highly recommend the Consumer Law Group. I was dealing with a warranty issue and was not really getting the help or fix I needed from the manufacture. After a brief consultation and a few emails, I was given precise instructions on how to handle my situation. I was referred to Mr. Gayle by another attorney in reference to a lemon that I was sold by one of these name brand automotive dealerships. I was in negotiation with the Corporate Office of the Automotive Company and was concerned with the numbers that I was presented. No matter what I said, they would not budge. I did a consultation with Mr. Gayle, he reviewed my paperwork and immediately confirmed that the numbers were wrong and that I was not being completely compensated under the lemon law. He equipped me with the knowledge I needed to get this transaction done. He did not pressure me to hire him, waste time or drag out the session to charge more. Though I was impressed enough to hire him, he suggested that I go back with the knowledge he gave me since I had already established an open dialog with them and see what they said. If they conformed to the outlines of the law, I wouldn't need to hire him and my case could be closed rather quickly. If they didn't, then he would take me on as a client. I went back to them with Mr. Gayle's notes and they acknowledged their errors. Included the missing items he pointed out and resent the final paperwork in less than a week to close the deal. Mr. Gayle and his staff provided excellent service!

I called for a consultation and the phone call did not last three mins. Cole, was extremely arrogant, unprofessional, and condescending during our brief interaction. If you value respect and quality service, I advise you to seek elsewhere.
