I appreciate all the help from the intake manager Jennifer Gruber. Even though they weren’t able to assist me in my claim matter, I was able to receive additional resources to find exactly what I needed for my personal situation. Thank you!

I had a company called TCG and associates call me and said I owed money from a bill that was over 19 years old! From a place I’ve never had an account with. I was doing some research on line and ran across the consumer law group, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Cole there, he was very professional and was generally concerned with my problem. He took my info and said he would return my call. He called me back within the hour and gave me some advice! In the world we live in it seems everyone is only concerned with getting your money, Cole was more concerned getting me the advice I needed! I have saved his number and if I ever need an attorney, he will be the one I call. A case as small as this, he still took the time to get the information I needed, in a timely manner. Cole thank you for your help....I hope I don’t have to ever get an attorney, but if I do... it will be you! Thank you for helping me resolve this quick!!!

Not sure about the effectiveness of attorney but was told consultation is $360 an hour and no guarantee he takes the case In response: I never was given an opportunity to speak with anyone other than the receptionist, I was told that the privilege of speaking with an attorney cost $360 without the guarantee of taking a case. You say you hope you I got the help I needed, thats why I came to you, to get the help I needed. No hard feelings, I want an attorney who is at least interested in listening.

I consulted Mr. Gayle's Consumer Law Group for advice in a Lemon Law Suit against General Motors Company concerning a truck that I had purchased which continued to leak oil after many repair attempts. I found this business by searching the net. Their website is great and tells you everything you need to know about a Lemon Law Action. His intake person, Jennifer Gruber, is personable and receptive. She listened, offered sympathy, was efficient, and very professional. When I had my consultation with Mr. Gayle, I was super impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and advice. His paralegal, Pam Campbell, sent me the required paperwork right away. I have decided not to pursue my case at this time because by some form of miracle, my truck stopped leaking oil immediately after I spoke with Mr. Gayle. However, I would strongly recommend this firm to anyone with a consumer issue. The consultation fee is very reasonable and it is obvious from the start that these people know their business.

Mr. Gayle and Pam Campbell are absolutely amazing and instrumental resolving my case. I attempted to deal with the automotive manufacturer directly and was consistently dismissed. Once Mr. Gayle and Ms. Campbell stepped in, things changes. I was even amazing that they were willing to go to trail if need be to resolve the case. After a few months, my case settlement was better than I could have hoped for. If you need any legal help on any consumer related issue, please call them first.
