Their agenda is not for the client. Poor communication skills. Porcha will lie to you

9months ago I suffered a personal injury. I called a few places before I got in touch with Christina Pendleton & Associate law team. They made me feel comfortable and explained the process and told me they would be more than Willing to represent me! My attorney PORSHA BROWN along with her assistant Taylor were present and available thru out the entire process. I would recommend this firm especially Ms. Brown who is definitely a “HEAVY HITTER” and settled my case exactly where I was expecting! This is one of the best decisions of my life. Thank you Porsha Brown your the best!

My mother has been dealing with them since February of 2021 and her case still has not been resolved. She has sent in all her documents and photos repeatedly about 2-3 times and requested on several occasions to speak to the owners (the face of the company). They have been switching attorneys on her numerous times (left hand don't know what the right hand is doing). All she get are automated text messages stating that her case is being worked but its now 2023 which leaves me to believe that her case is not being worked nor treated with the respect and urgency that it deserves. It seems like they spend more time on advertising then actually taking care of their clients. I decided to leave a review because I actually referred my mom to them after their convincing advertisement that has failed at executing what they say. This has been a very stressful experience for my mom especially since she is not at fault for the accident. If they can prove otherwise I'll be sure to update my review.

I don’t really recommend. Barely stayed in contact with me, didn’t give any updates, rely any information to me or try to fight for my case. Decided to side with the other party’s insurance and drop my case. Maybe someone else could have good luck with them, but I strongly recommend finding a better attorney. UPDATE: I went with another attorney and actually won. The attorney I went with fought hard and did a lot better.

I engaged the services of this law firm regarding an accident in October, which was clearly not my fault. To be honest, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Their response time to even the simplest inquiries stretched out to weeks, and when they finally responded, their answers and list of questions seemed irrelevant as time had already passed and the issues had been resolved. This frustrating cycle repeated multiple times throughout the process. The situation deteriorated to the point where I simply wanted the entire ordeal to end. It felt like I could have gathered all the necessary personal information myself and handled the matter more efficiently, ultimately saving both time and money. Although my case was resolved in January, a portion of the settlement amount remained on hold. Despite leaving a message last week inquiring about its clearance, I have yet to receive a response as of June. If possible, I would strongly recommend considering other alternatives. Thank you. Edit: October 23, 2023. It has now been a full year since my case and no updates since June. In June when I called, they “coincidentally” sent my paperwork to insurers the previous day (yeah, right). Changing my 2 star rating to a 1 star rating. Avoid, if possible.

I would not recommend this law firm to anybody. Had a car accident in 2014. Contacted this firm for my case and it took them 8 1/2 years with no results. Thousands of dollars of doctor bills that they wanted me to go see because they said it would be good for my case. Had top doctors in the country to prove my case yet they just sat around and did nothing. The case got to be a joke for them that my trial dates got moved 3 times. The communication there is terrible. If you didn't contact them You'd never know what was going on with your case. When I switched law firms I got my case settled in less than a year. Oh and once I had my case settled. They had no problem coming to get their money. That was the fastest thing they did in 8 1/2 years. So think twice before contacting them. You'll just be waiting and have nothing to show for it.

I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident with my infant in the car. After months of harassment from the liable insurance company, I reached out to the Pendleton law team. They have been my advocates from day one. The entire team is kind, helpful, and very responsive. I get regular updates from my team regarding my case. They really care and make me feel very supported. I could not recommend them more!

First off Aubrey is amazing!!!!! The level of compassion and empathy shown to my case is mesmerizing at the very least. Sometimes when you’re going through adversity a small gesture of kindness can go a long way. Thank you. Everyone is highly qualified at there jobs they give you tips and help out with not only the case but your real life as well. The law team is very understanding they gave me my space but at the same time will always make sure you are doing what your suppose to which is very important. Never have I felt unsecured in the process. Joshua is as well excellent and very good at his job. He would always make sure I was okay and would not let me slip through the cracks. If I’m not doing something correct he would talk to me in a very nice , concerned and understanding way. Sometimes that small push is well needed. You might not want to do something but ask them first I promise they have your best interest. Overall the Pendleton Team is just amazing and I’m so glad i actually reached out to them. After my car accident I got in touch with the Pendleton law firm, and they have been amazing to me! everyone i've spoken with at the office have always been so explanatory, and answered any questions id had and quick to reply (if i text) . Grace is also great , I feel like talking to a friend when I get the chance to talk to her! overall i would definitely recommend this Law firm if your looking for people who care.
