I received a speeding ticket while traveling through Richmond on 95 in the notorious "safety corridor" aka "speed trap". 72 in a 55. Luckily, I didn't receive the more serious "reckless driving" ticket. I have a clean driving record and didn't want this to tarnish it or raise my insurance rates. I was planning to represent myself in court, but decided the attorney fee would be worth paying just to save a 4-hour round trip drive and retain local representation that has had previous experience with the Richmond court and judges. I e-mailed Christina just a few days before my court date to set up representation. She was very quick to respond and explained what she thought the outcome of the case may be. When all was said and done, she was right on the mark. Christina personally e-mailed me detailed instructions on the court's verdict and what I needed to do to meet the court's requirements. I was able to complete an online driving course and only pay court costs (about 25% of the ticket cost), in exchange no points were reported on my record. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Christina and her firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I was at a loss- on my way home to Tennessee from Southwest Virginia I received a ticket for going 85 mph- which amounts to a class I misdemeanor charge of Reckless Driving. Within days I began receiving letters from attorneys offering to take my case and warning that failure to obtain legal representation could result in the suspension of my license, in a $2,500 fine or even jail time. After a week or two I took the accumulated stack of letters and began going through them. I came upon one brochure from a firm that offered to take my case for a $200 flat fee- based on my circumstances. I called the offices of Christina Pendleton and was immediately talking to a live person who took all of my information and gave me an estimate of the court fees and fines associated with disposing of the case. I sent in all the required documentation and receive consistent correspondence back from Ms. Pendleton's firm regarding my case and assuring me that they would handle things without my having to be in court. My case was continued for a couple of months- in the meantime I received a letter from the firm suggesting that I go ahead and enroll in a driver improvement program so that I could achieve the best possible outcome for my case. I did so and submitted my documentation and hoped for the best. This week I received a disposition letter from my court case stating that my charge had been completely dismissed. I owed some modest court costs and that was all. I could not have been happier with the legal services I received from Ms. Pendleton's offices. They were professional, courteous an extremely responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough should you find yourself in similar circumstances.

Never had to use any law services (knock on wood) however just wanted to mention about the commercial on television is a little discussing, if people are having dinner and that commercial comes on , kills my appetite!!
