So happy I took the route of getting an attorney to represent my reckless ticket. Mitchell Wells was able to DISMISS the whole offense! Professional, very communicative, and able to help my speeding offense cases

I’ve used Mr Mitchell Wells on more than one occasion. He’s gotten 2 reckless driving charges and a speeding ticket dismissed completely for me. He’s a great attorney and has good relationships with the courts, so if you’ve found yourself needing an attorney for anything traffic, look no further than Riley & Wells!!

Riley & Wells I highly recommend. I earned myself a "Welcome to Virginia Summons" for reckless driving 87 in a 70. Unlike in MD, these charges are criminal and require you to appear in court. However, Riley and Wells' attorney Mr. Remington was able to appear on my behalf and argue the charges down to a defective equipment traffic violation, with a small fine and court costs of 76$. Everyone I interacted with were responsive, clear, concise as to how things needed to be and how they may or may not happen. I am thankful I chose them. But hope I don't have to again 😉

I got a ticket in Sussex county Virginia on I95. I live in North Carolina and had absolutely no interest in just admitting guilt and paying the fine. I hired Riley and Wells to appear in court for me. and get the ticket thrown out. Riley&Wells attorney Cody Remmington appeared in court for me, and got the ticket dismissed. NO INSURANCE INCREASE.
