Excellent service. 750$ to retain. Did not have to show up to court. Got my Reckless Driving charge reduced (was doing 88mph in a 70mph on I-95 North) to a Minor Traffic Infraction, Speeding 1 - 9 mph over the limit. 261$ for the ticket +30$ in Court Costs. Issue was resolved promptly and effectively. Service desk was helpful and polite when I called in for different updates and communication. Would highly recommend and use again myself.

Received excellent service from Riley & Wells and they were able to drop the charges to a lower level that did not impact my driving record or insurance. The circumstances were unfortunate but I am glad I had this team representing me.

Mitch Wells was able to maintain my "perfect" driving record by working with the judge/prosecutor to modify an 84/70 ticket to a defective equipment judgement. Happy with the outcome, and using my cruise control a lot more! :-) The back office support (Kristin) was on top of things in preparation for the case... so very happy with the interactions!

I came to Riley & Wells somewhat last minute about my reckless driving ticket (86/65) and they exceeded my expectations, even after reading all these great reviews. Edward Riley and Lisa Brannan took amazing care of me and my case. As long as I take a driving class my case will be completely dismissed. No fines, no loss of license, and I avoided a moving violation with 0 points on my record. I didn't even have to attend court and the price was beyond fair. Thanks guys!!!

I got a speeding ticket in Chesterfield county. Joe Dean, from Riley & Wells, handled my case excellently. They only needed a few phone calls to work out all the details. Mr. Dean attended court on my behalf, so I didn't need to take time off work. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case, and the online driving school Mr. Dean recommended was affordable and easy to use. The assistant I spoke with most frequently, Heather, was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.

I had court for 118mph in a 55 reckless driving on HENRICO. I grew up in the system one charge after the other, I've had a lot of lawyers and been tried many times. I have never in my entire life seen somebody work his magic like that and get a ridiculously awesome outcome on a definite jail sentence. Im not even playing this dude was making moves in court and got me a $750 fine for a charge that carries almost definite jailtime and liscense suspension. This dude is worth every penny.

Hands down the best experience one could possibly hope for. Mr. Wells got my case dismissed and was able to talk me through it. I also was in touch the whole time with his fantastic assistant Kristin. Worth every penny.

Coming from out of state I was weary about who I would find to represent me in a situation I did not expect to find myself. The 'reckless driving' charge that I received for speeding in VA was a shock to me but Riley & Wells have seen it many times. My lawyer was clear about the services he could provide and delivered on them all. The communication was precise easy to understand.
