Riley and Wells helped me out of what could have been a tough situation...particularly since I live outside the state if Virginia (reckless driving, over 80 in Emporia). Mr. Wells and his staff were very professional and courteous when I spoke with them via phone. Ultimately, my case was resolved with no points and at reasonable rate. They also saved me the trouble of making a trip back to Emporia, VA for a court date. Ultimately, I was very happy with the service and results I received. I'd be happy to recommend Riley & Wells!

I contacted them two weeks before my court date after realizing that what I thought was a speeding ticket was actually a misdemeanor for reckless driving. They were able to handle my case for me on the short deadline and got it reduced to just an infraction. Riley and Wells were amazing representation for my case. They alleviated any of my stress and were able to reduce my charge and get it entirely dismissed. I was advised to do a few things such as community service and get a few character references. I found it helpful to call and talk to the lawyer representing me to reiterate my understanding of what I can do and what needs to be done and then act on that. Would highly recommend them!

I am a Professional Truck Driver and I received a 70 in a 55 in Petersburg, VA and Riley & Wells handled the process. They were able to get it knocked down to a defective speedometer which was no points on my Commercial Drivers License nor does it go against my insurance so it my insurance rates would not be impacted. I was very pleased at the outcome and well worth the investment in order to protect my Commercial Drivers License and prevent an increase in my insurance policies. Mr Dean was amazing. I was pulled over for allegedly going 69 in a 45 and He was able to get the charge reduce to a non moving (no point) violation. I would definitely recommend.
