I got a reckless driving ticket 89 in a 70 in Brunswick county VA. I called Riley and wells looking for an attorney, they asked for some general information and Mr. Remington represented me in court about a month later. The case went well and my misdemeanor charge was dropped and was changed to defective equipment with a $50 fine + court fees. I highly recommend this law firm.

I called this firm after receiving my "reckless driving" ticket in a Sussex Co. speed trap, and they were able to have the fine reduced with no points on my license. Hopefully I have learned my lesson, but if needed I will go back and recommend Riley & Wells any time.

Mr. Wells and his assistant were wonderful.
They took lots of time with me and explained every step in the process to deal with my traffic violation. I felt comfortable from my first phone call. The best news is that I received a very favorable outcome.

Very professional. Every time I had a question they nicely were explaining me everything I wanted to know. I was driving 88 on a 70 permitted. They reduced to the lowest offense possible , with no points and non moving violation. I am happy with the results and highly recommend them.
