I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here. However, I want to say thank you to BrownGreer. I waited almost a year for my lien resolution in regards to paying insurance back from my settlement. It was worth the wait. They really went to bat for me. My insurance company wanted a lot more than what they received. BrownGreer really did go through every medical appointment I've ever been to since my incident. They got me an amazing outcome. I was impatient throughout this process, but...I kept my cool, and had faith for the best possible outcome. Thank you so much BrownGreer!! I am so grateful for the meticulous work and dedication you all gave me! :)

I was using Watts & Guerra who are somehow linked to this firm. They’re both hot garbage and unprofessional. They hire and fire attorneys so many times I have 50+ emails from random people and firms using different names. It’s all the same clowns just looking for ways to pocket money in the most shady and shameless way possible.

Horrible people along with all those involved in the 3M earplug lawsuit. Between this firm and Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz they are making sure anyone who should be paid from this get very little. Several other veterans have also said they have been screwed out of this settlement and have gotten little to nothing. We are the ones who have to live with the constant ringing or hearing loss not any of you in these firms! This whole thing from this from that has trickled down is sketchy and I am sure they are pocketing more than they should.... all of them.

I have tried to contact this firm they say contact your primary counsel yet they are responsible for distributing the payment and Despite having all the proper documentation for my 3m settlement they passed me over for payment so now I have no idea when or if I will ever get paid I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and could really use the money I am going to report them to the Judge responsible for this lawsuit for paying out of order according to the fifo numbers and I think I am going to sue them for breach of contract and compensation for lost time lost for having to track down documentation that was their responsibility to find in the first place.

50% in legal fees from a settlement is truly obscene. Greedy lawyers need to go out of business

Terrible company. They took possession of the Juul settlement and are refusing to issue payments. So essentially, They stole 300 million dollars. I hope every one of them goes to jail

Like many others, I am a part of the 3M settlement and have had zero luck receiving my payout. When I call BrownGreer, they tell me to wait and to call my lawyer. When I called my lawyer, they told me to call BrownGreer. This place is a fraud and should have a lawsuit brought on them by everyone affected by their actions!

Horrible law firm never use them unless you want to be rob and never get the money you were given by the courts they are nothing but legal crimnals

The handling of the combat earplugs settlement is an absolute circus act. Not one person that answers the calls knows what they're talking about because every person tells you something different. The FIFO ranking they gave everyone literally had nothing to do with the order you will get paid. I have a FIFO rank of 50,XXX and have not been paid yet but there are people with FIFO ranks over 110,XXX and they have been paid already. They say paypal and venmo will take up to 7 days but i talked to paypal snd they said they are not holding any payments and as soon as they send it we will get the payment. One employee told me the FIFO had nothing to do with payments. Another one told me they are issuing all the ACH payments first and then going back and doing paypal and venmo which means you get skipped if you elected for paypal. This entire process is laughable. You would think they have never done this before.
