Will update if they actually pay me my settlement! Refuse to return calls, I am a veteran apart of the 3m lawsuit. These guys are the absolute worst people you could rely on. I wouldn't have used them in the 1st place, but wasn't offered an option when they settled the case. They pre assigned lawfirms to delegate payouts. All of the sudden, it became too hard to get a hold if anyone from Brown Greer's law firm. Was told months later I was supposed to have already received my payment.

I'm one of the veterans going through the 3M tort with BrownGreer. I am only leaving this 5 star review due to one employee named Orran B. Throughout the process, I like many other veterans, have been left out of the loop and misled quite a few times as to when payment would be received or what was going on for the most part. Every time I spoke to BrownGreer, I didn't receive any helpful information, and kind of felt like this company was just here to rake money off the backs of affected veterans. However, Orran was always extremely attentive, got me answers no one else seemed to know, and kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks Orran B.

I’ve left voicemails, emails, and spoke to individuals twice in person that have said someone will call me back and have not got 1 response back. Just looking for a simple response.

Something sketchy is going on here I was awarded money but was told this place had to check into medical liens they were sent my medical lien which is 15k but they have to look into some government agency? So they hold 115k from me like what the actual hell scam firm

Seems like I am in like with almost every review on this business page. I am a part of the 3m settlement and they are taking an abhorrent amount of time to payout. The court has a first in first out ranking system and I was very low on that list. I have seen others with a larger ranking paid before me. Whenever I call they tell me they can’t help me I have to talk to my attorney. Whenever I call my attorney they tell me they are waiting on brown & greer to get the paper done. I’ve asked every week for the past 3 months. Some days they don’t answer the phone, when they don’t I send an email. I get the same email, which is the same repaonse they were giving to the decry university settlement folks on these reviews. It seems like someone should look into this company because they might or might not be doing something unlawful with funds. I for sure wouldn’t describe myself as “industry leading in settlement administration “ 😂. If you guys are the industry leaders I need to start saying I’m the industry leader in something I am horrible at doing. Please respect veterans and civilian employees who were a part of this lawsuit against 3m and so right by them and pay what is owed. I have enough stress in my life and your company is making it a little more stressful by not paying when money is due.

This law firm deserves to be shut down. I hope after the 3M settlement that Veterans come together and sue this law firm. They miss on every basic concept of diligence, respect, business acumen, follow up, promptness or common decency. An absolute abomination.

It’s obvious why they have a 2.7 and hopefully it goes lower. These crooks are completely unprofessional. Especially to Veterans! They sit by and make people wait while they take in millions off those same people. Do better !
