As a recent review noted, after meeting with them I was asked for a large sum of money without signing a retainer or given any information regarding whether they could help me or not. After a week and a half they did one very small totally unnecessary task, so I told them I did not want to use them. I got a refund of less than 10% of the money I gave them. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Very unprofessional and very unresponsive with an explanation.

In addition to being my Registered Agent on a number of entities, Matt has been my go-to guy for all legal questions for the past five years. I value his responsiveness and how he includes the right tone in his communication to the other side. I have hired Matt on a few landlord/tenant and real estate related items over the years. What I value most is his willingness to help put me in the right contact for items outside of his specialties.

I wouldn't recommend this company because I changed my mind within a week after I left a payment. But it took me longer to get my refund and I didn't get it all. After I was given the run around my refund.

I was in a very bad car accident in December 2016. And if it went to been for Mr. long we would’ve had a much much longer battle with recovery hospital bills and just making dated a bills I had a check in my hand within three months of my accident thank Mr. long you’re awesome.

Mr. Long is a highly dedicated, knowledgable, and attentive attorney. He went above and beyond expectations; answering legal questions with surprising immediacy in between his correspondence with the insurance agents. When impatient hospital billing services came calling during litigation, he was there looking out for me.
