I cannot say enough great things about Geoff McDonald & Associates! My attorney, Micheal Smith, is phenomenal. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and has represented me very well to get the best outcome for my case. He answered my questions thoroughly with patience, kindness, and explanations of how my case would proceed. He and my case manager, Shelly Archer, regularly kept me informed on the status of my case and current actions they were taking to ensure the process move along efficiently. I’ve felt valued, respected, and heard throughout the entire process. The attorneys and associates at this law firm make you feel like a priority! This is a great law firm and I wouldn’t turn anywhere else.

The firm’s staff really seems to care about me as a person and not just a client. My paralegal has been wonderful. My attorney is good too, but my paralegal and her bosses have really taken care of me and taken the time to answer my questions and explain things. They have been attentive and communicate with me on a regular basis. This has been a difficult thing to navigate. The legal nurse they have on staff has been great in explaining things to me as well and helping me get to the right doctors. I just want to get back to my old self and lead a normal life again. Thank you GMA for getting me thru this ordeal.

It has been a delight knowing Katie, Rueben, Nurse Blair and Ted McFadden has my best interest concerning not just my case but my health. Superb performance!

I highly recommend Geoff Mcdonald and associates. They really care about you more than just a client. They treat you like family and take care of you. Gianni was the best at getting my cased settled and his assistant April is a true gem, they helped me from day one. If you want someone on your side, I highly recommend Geoff Mcdonald and associates.
