It was my second time hiring this firm. I did not have a chance to work with old lawyer. Old lawyer did not work there anymore. The new lawyer Joshua was not really listening to what I was saying. I sent all of the info and wanted it to be included in court. He Ignored my request and that resulted in losing the case then decided not to appeal for me. Poor quality. I will not use this firm again.

My service was nothing less than top notch. I never had to track down information. I recieved regular updates on my case. My case manager and attorney cared about me as a customer and as a person. I'm so glad I chose Geoff McDonald & Associates.

This is a good company. Ive just personally have not had a experience with them. They're communication is so so and they do not keep you in the loop. If you call to speak to someone nine times out of ten your going to have to leave a message. Your going to have to call back multiple times , after leaving a message and being told someone will call you because they do not contact you back. This will be my last time using them.
