This isn't directed towards the McDonald law firm per se. But the law firm in NC that they connect you with. When you are calling about disability issues. First and foremost do not contact a lawyer or law firm unless you have been denied disability. I talked to someone from the firm and was mailed paperwork the next day. Me being clueless sign the paperwork mailed it back. Thinking if I need them for my case I would already have a lawyer. Not knowing I didn't need a lawyer yet, but they knew. 4 to 5 months go by the only time I talked to someone. Is when the firm called me asking if I had heard anything from Social Services. So when I was accepted to get disability. The law firm got over 5000 dollars of my back disability claim. Because they attached themselves to my case knowing they didn't do a thing for me. Because I had already filled for disability on my own. I was just waiting for my decision from Social Services. And the real sad part is it was legal. They didn't have to do me like that, but they did because they could. And I didn't know. If that's not unethical I don't know what is. I really hope this helps someone. So they don't have to go through what I did. Geoff McDonald I heard you are a good person. But you need to look at that firm in NC. Because they got money for doing absolutely nothing for me. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's right.

I hired Geoff Mcdonald so I wouldn't have to settle my case while I was in school. They were super helpful and took the stress of the case so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Very good litigation skills from this firm. Initially I tried dealing with the insurance myself, but they gave me the run around. I approached GMA and they were able to help me settle my case. I would recommend GMA to anyone who needs legal help.

I had the worst experience with Geoff McDonald and associates. Jeremy White handled my case and was terrible with following up and communication. Phone calls were hardly returned unless I made an appearance at the office or spoke with a senior attorney . I would never recommend anyone to Geoff McDonald and Associates...they were "THE WORST"....As far as all the calls stated and trying to contact me with no success, those were returned phone calls after I made attempts to contact your firm...Kim was actually the most professional, reaching out to me after I got fed up with Jeremy White and asked to deal with her from now on....everyone is entitled to have an opinion, mines is that if by some reason I ever have to hire another attorney... I wouldn't go with Jeremy White again and why should I, if he can't copy my address down correctly after having me as a client for over a year, I definitely don't need him representing another case on my behalf!!!
