I would never recommend their services to anyone. Most of their reviews on Google are FAKE! The company financially incentivizes employees families’ and friends’ to post these fake reviews. Additionally, they’re SLOPPY because the employees are OVERWORKED and UNDERSTAFFED, leading to mistakes. The managers ride on the backs of the paralegals and then promptly SCREW THEM OVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can easily find somewhere that has morals and APPRECIATES THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Loved how fast kara responds to text calls and emails. And loved how friendly, courteous and informative Frank was. It felt like I was dealing with family. Would definitely recommend GMA for any personal injury case.
