In 2018, Mr. Brooks represented me in a court case and the plaintiff withdrew her petition, only to refile it several months later. Mr. Brooks declined to represent me, instead sending me to another attorney. I lost. Mr. Brooks acknowledged the error and represented me in another case against the same person. It took 3 years for the civil case to be tried. During those 3 years, I amassed a mountain of evidence and researched everything that Mr. Brooks asked me to look into. Photographs, videos, social media posts, telephone and other logs, transfer orders...you name it, I obtained them and gave them to Mr. Brooks. We went to alternative dispute resolution and the other party refused to meet in good faith. Our case was solid. The other party came to my house after ADR failed! Mr. Brooks did not use all of the evidence we had collected for the trial. The trial was so one-sided that there was no way to win...even after a juror stood up and described the other party and witnesses making statements outside of court to him. The judge should have declared a mistrial, but didn't. The judge openly expressed his opinion of me before the jury deliberated. No mistrial for that. I ended up losing what should have been an easy case to prove. But, that isn't all. I planned to appeal, so Mr. Brooks brokered a compromise, which the other party signed and promptly broke not two weeks later. Other persons shared the evidence that the contract had been broken; Mr. Brooks response was to call the other party's attorney and remind them that the other party had signed a contract I would love to recommend Mr. Brooks, but I can't. He started out well, but ended up failing to represent me fairly and aggressively in court...he should have asked for a mistrial, but didn't. Thoroughly disappointed.

Hired Mr. Brooks to represent my son a a little over a year in a half ago..Without going into too much detail about the case I have to say we were just hoping that he could soften the hit that we were expecting our son to take.. But Mr. Brooks did an outstanding job and fought hard for us and long story short we came out in a great position.. I hope we never need him again for such a matter BUT if you ever need a top notch attorney I highly recommend him.. The price was a little steep but definitely worth every bit of it.. EVERY BIT OF IT!! THANK YOU AGAIN Mr. Brooks!!
