I really like that I can bring my dog to the office. Scott and the team were amazing and listened to my needs and made recommendations for what I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Its an emotion thing to discuss final arrangements but its such an important one and they handled it with extreme professionalism from follow ups to online billing that made everything so easy. They worked with us through the Covid-19 pandemic in a highly professional manner, allowing us to do everything except signing our documents remotely, and they were even flexible with signing, as they came out to our car to finalize our documents.
