I was pulled over for the first time in my life in Prince George County. I was clocked going 69mph in a 45mph speed trap. This is considered reckless by speed and after a quick google search I was stressed out. Nicholas made the whole ordeal very stress free and he was able to get my reckless by speed lowered to a non-moving traffic violation. This ended up being a simple $200 fine. This is a much better outcome than I had expected. No points on my license, no increase in insurance cost. Worth every penny.

This is the BEST lawyer ever. Hopefully my son won’t need him again but if we do Mr Braswell will be our attorney. After 8 months and approx 5 court dates charge was DISMISSED. He is very professional and honest. Thank you again Mr Braswell

Nicholas Braswell handled my speeding ticket. The police officer said I was doing 86 miles a hour, and In the state of Virginia, 86 is considered reckless driving which stays on your license for 10 years. I wasn't going 86, but bottom line is Nicholas Bramwell got it dismissed. When you talk to him you may worry a little bit, but don't. He is not a good lawyer, he is a great lawyer, and did more than he said he was going to do. I am 62 with a clean license, and he kept it clean. Thank you for having pride in what you do.

One of the best lawyers I have ever had. In court I lost all faith of beating my case due to the circumstances I was stuck in when Mr. Braswell literally saved my a**. I could honestly not be more thankful, I already sent him two of my close friends who were stuck in a bad situation and he also helped them. Great lawyer with a even better personality. 10/10 (btw got all my charges dropped against all odds)

Mr.Braswell was an AMAZING attorney. He had a plain for my case and he came throught on his end. He helped me through ever step and I never felt judge for what I did. I will recommend him to anyone that needs help. I hope to never get into anything that might need his help again but if I do I know who to call.

Absolutely the best. This guy knows his way around the courtroom. I will always refer anybody I know to him. I had a reckless driving ticket that was and absolute joke. Nicholas was able to bring this to light in the courtroom and I was able to walk away with driving school. He listened to my story and was able to explain it to the judge. The judge even stated that Nicholas has done a great job for me. Call him, you won't be sorry.
