My wife and I recently worked with Spencer Baxter to set up a revokable living trust to replace significantly outdated individual wills. Spencer walked us through a complete estate plan including creation and registration of a family living trust, individual power of attorney documents, and individual health directives. My husband and I worked with Spencer to set up out living trust. We now needed to update the Trust for some personal changes and due to law changes.
