THAT REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ! My situation was a classic one - my husband and I were driving from Ohio to Richmond, VA to celebrate our marriage. Unfortunately, we were pulled over in Rockbridge County and charged with Reckless driving 94/70. Since I was in the middle of my Green Card process, I was completely desperate to jeopardize everything, especially after I read the possible outcomes and penalties. On the way home from a college visit, my mom and I were involved in an accident (while towing a trailer) that resulted in receiving a reckless driving charge. Being from out of state, we did not know the VA rules/ couldn't attend court. However Mr. Gick made the entire thing very simple, and even got our case dismissed! Def would recommend to anyone in the VA area facing a driving infraction charge. Another perk was that most of the time, he answered his own phone when he could which made him more personable and easier to reach.
