There are so many reasons why I would recommend John Fishwick & Associates! My sister and I met with several attorneys before him. I knew from the moment we met with John Fishwick and Isaac Van Patten, they both had integrity and really listened to what we had to say. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful and kind. They have been with us and continue to help us through one of the most difficult time in our lives. Hunter Naff was the best attorney a person could have on their side, team, case. He worked hard to prove the facts which I always maintained. We worked together as a team. I’ve hired many lawyers in my 32 years of life and currently have 2 I’m working and pursuing cases with. However, this gentleman was more of a friend, partner who was on my side. He argued with his law skills, which he has perfected over his career as an attorney and did what I wanted him to do, not just listened, but guide me the right way. We won our case, or beat it and it was a very rare and new law which he argued on, the “Good Samaritan Law. He knows the nuances of the law field and when you hire him he is on your side all the way, 100%. He is and was a saving grace for me and I know many others. If you let in need of a lawyer, he will honestly fight for you. Just be fully honest, corporate and communicate with him and he will work wonders. Got me a ticket on I-81 in Va. *Sigh* Mr. Spencer was the only lawyer who sent me a letter here in NC offering services, so I called. I was really surprised to actually talk to him, not an assistant. He was friendly, and sure did know his stuff! He explained his strategy, gave me options and let me think it over. Not pushy at all. He was right, his idea worked beautifully, and I learned a lesson far less expensively than I might have. I would definitely recommend!
