Highly Recommend Mr. Kevin Gick!! Without his expertise and guidance, we would not have achieved the best outcome possible for our son’s reckless driving speeding violation (92 mph in a posted 70 mph zone) in Botetourt, Virginia. This is a criminal charge in Virginia. It is a class one misdemeanor, the same as assault and battery, shoplifting, or DUI. The judge could punish with up to 12 months in jail, a $2500 fine, and suspension of one's privilege to drive in Virginia for six months. Mr. Gick quickly provided an action plan and our son did everything he advised to help put him in the best position for trial. Mr. Gick successfully convinced the judge to reduce the charge from criminal reckless driving down to a non-criminal speeding ticket. We paid a $200 fine plus $91 in court costs. His exceptional professionalism, calm demeanor, and responsiveness was what we needed to get us through this potential life changing event.

Mr. Gick is simply incredible! He is kind, professional, responsive, and amazing at what he does.
