Unexpectedly I was caught by a police officer in a lovely trip from PA to NC via VA (near Christiansburg, Montgomery county) with my family despite I was driving with traffic flow (almost all the vehicles were in speed of minimum 95 - 100mph since it was 4 lane road with no traffic but I was randomly pulled over by the officer and the police officer did not accept for fine and gave me a summon (mentioned as "Misdemeanor" class case with 89/65mph description) to appear in court on Feb 2024. All our happiness screwed that moment and then I made an analysis for speeding ticket attorneys in the same court zip code location and luckily found Kevin Gick based on his awestruck reviews . I immediately spoke to him and he started guiding me the preliminary preparations that I can do before trial date. Then without wasting time (since I was not sure what will happen if I delay the process), I hired Kevin as my defending attorney. From then, he was professionally explaining my options and what are the remediation process activities that I should do before trial date and in fact he postponed trial date to Mar' 2024 that gave me additional time. Notably says that once he started defending my case, I could see the progress directly in VA court online system based on the case number given in the summon. So, he's transparent in his profession. I have done 24 hours of court ordered community service in few non-profit organizations, got service letters and gave my PA good driving records also for Kevin to defend my case to lower the charges to the possible extent. I used to call and message (in fact tortured him - I have to say that) with ample of questions (because this is my first case to appear in court and the consequences are severe in VA state) time to time but he patiently answered by phone calls and email / text messages and gave me lot of confidence. He told me like he will represent me in court on the trial date and asked me not to come to court because I am living in PA. So, finally on the date of trial I was fully nervous and he messaged me post trial completion in court that all my charges reduced to simple infraction that will not increase my AUTO insurance, no negative points and just a small fine and a minor court fee. It was 4 months of stress that I gone through and sincere follow up with Kevin in his other case busy schedules, me and my family are relieved now from all the stress and concerns regarding the court case that happened in our life, unexpectedly. With that being said, Kevin is extremely awesome !!! I am a responsible family man and father of lovely Twin boy toddlers and believe me, we family guys will get nervous when dealing with unexpected "misdemeanor charges" but Kevin Gick kind of superman exists to protect us from those pretty bad charges. Final word - If you happen to (I pray not to) get pulled over by traffic police near Christiansburg, VA or anywhere near Roanoke, VA Please contact Kevin Gick and he will be your savior too.

I hired Mr.Gick to defend me in a traffic violation due to a medical condition. I had a pulmonary embolism which resulted in a car wreck. I got a speeding ticket driving through VA on a road trip from NY to TN. I called a few firms to ask for advice and Kevin was the only one who returned my call -- on the same day!
