Anyone in need of an excellent attorney would do well to take their issue to Allen Steele of James Steele Law Office in Roanoke, Virginia. Not only did he win our case involving a will, but he did it with knowledge, skill, honesty, and integrity. Even more, I greatly appreciated that he was kind, helpful, and patient with me. (This whole case was a new experience for me and I was one of those "Nervous Nellie" clients.) We were most fortunate to have Allen as our attorney and highly recommend him. Five stars out of five stars!

Allen Steele and his team supported us on a will issue and I was super impressed both with his customer service and high-quality legal advice -- but also with the way he advised us where to spend money and where not to (which I really appreciated because we could have thrown big $$ at this issue but Allen really helped us keep it low-cost - meaning he worried more about our needs than his own). While we worked with Allen, the entire process was highly ethical and professional. -- and his legal advice was smart and on-target -- and our case was decided in our favor. I highly recommend Allen. I contacted James via email about a speeding ticket situation. He graciously took the time to return my email and answered every single one of my questions knowing all along I couldn't afford to hire him. He went out of his way to recommend someone that I likely could. He is a stand up guy.

Same situation as Michael. Reckless driving reduced to faulty equipment. Also I live out of state so was a bit concerned about coordinating things. But prompt, knowledgeable and courteous interactions with lawyer and office staff on phone and email made whole process unexpectedly simple.

I requested information from several attorneys concerning a speeding ticket my daughter received out of town. Of the 6 firms I contacted, only Mr. James Steele and one other firm responded. Mr. Steele provided helpful information about the situation and was up front about possible outcomes and the cost to retain his services. We traded several emails and he always responded quickly to my questions and never pressured me to hire him. After analyzing the situation using information provided by Mr. Steele, I elected not to retain an attorney; however, I would have hired Mr. Steele if the situation had been different. My parents live in Willis, VA and I always drive. This trip my husband decided to drive back and after a curvey road at 55 mph he came to a straight a way and thought it was still the same speed. It is not marked very well on that straight a way. When we came to the stop light I told him that they are very picky about speed in that town and that it dropped to 35. As soon as those words left my mouth the lights were on behind us. 60 in a 35 which is a reckless driving ticket. My husband has never recieved a speeding ticket before and we tried to explain to the cop. The next day I looked up lawyer offices to find one. It was a few minutes after eight. I said to myself whoever answers first I will go with. I tried a couple and no answered. I called the James Steele office and a very prompt answer with a very caring and nice lady on the other end. She seemed to genuinely care and spent lots of time answering all my questions and made me feel confident.
