We contacted the Law Office of James Steele for help with a family member's time sensitive court issue. Within the hour, the incredibly helpful office practice manager had secured an attorney who could be available to take the case right away. We did not know Ms. Henderson before, but the way she attended court and expertly and professionally engaged with the judge, prosecution, and officers, showed her ease and skill in that arena. Every authority in uniform in that courtroom was actually happy to see her. She is clearly considered a professional in high regard. I was surprised at the excellent outcome she was able to secure for my family member. She was calm, kind, and reassuring. While I hope to never have occasion to need an attorney in the future, if we do, Ms. Henderson will be my first call.

James Steele Senior “represented” me in a landlord-tenant dispute with my college-aged son who had safety issues at his first apartment. Mr. Steele’s inability or unwillingness to address my case timely or competently, cost me over $1020 (in fees to him) - and I paid out my sons *entire lease*. He knew I am a single parent and taking my > $1,000 while completely failing to represent me was completely unethical. It deeply harmed my family financially. He sent one letter for this price (very late) to the other party, and sent me a couple of emails (after I begged and pleased with the office for him to get back to me). In his emails he not once even REMEMBERED MY NAME. My one hour consultation ($320) was mostly him blathering about himself. This was not Christian behavior, it harmed us greatly financially when they knew we needed it and their family of lawyers certainly doesn’t… it was totally lacking integrity. He should have known he was unable to represent me and/or present a refund. Not Christian. Not morally correct. Just a terrible, expensive experience.

Allen Steele and his team supported us on a will issue and I was super impressed both with his customer service and high-quality legal advice -- but also with the way he advised us where to spend money and where not to (which I really appreciated because we could have thrown big $$ at this issue but Allen really helped us keep it low-cost - meaning he worried more about our needs than his own). While we worked with Allen, the entire process was highly ethical and professional. -- and his legal advice was smart and on-target -- and our case was decided in our favor. I highly recommend Allen. He cares about his clients, is cost effective, and extremely knowledgeable. His office and assistant was also super helpful. I'm not sure one can ask for any better representation. Highly recommended!!
