Very knowledgeable on rental laws, very detailed an informative upon consultation. The Information made my landlord act upon receiving this information from me without having to take them to court.

They handled my case quickly and professionally, even when it took me a couple tries to appropriately format the paperwork needed on my end.

Paid $240.00 for a consultation, could not speak to anyone until this was paid in full, which is fine. My appointment was at 2:00 and Justin came down the steps from his office at 2:15 PM. I spoke with Justin who advised that I had a case, and that in order to move forward I'd have to pay 1500.00 before anything was started, just to have our initial meeting cut short by 10 minutes, of course he asked if I had any further questions. I was hoping to move forward with his help, but was advised that since I was in such a hurry and that he was just too busy, that he could not get back to me within a time frame that could work for my schedule. In his words, "I understand your concern about timing, but I’m running a busy law office and I don’t appreciate having time constraints set for my responses." If I'm paying you or have paid you, I'd like to feel as if you care about the urgency of my situation.

Had tenant eviction won first court appearance. Tenant appeals judge holds decision for 2 days after court hearing & dismissed it.never heard from lawyer. Allen.Had to call court find out myself. Elementary mistake on his part the 30 day notice.its has to be in time frame of rent.

I was caught in a speed trap on the interstate going through Roanoke VA, so I contacted Law Office of James Steele. Since I live out of state they attended court on my behalf and followed up to make sure everything was handled correctly. Their service was priced well, would recommend.
