When my college age daughter got a reckless driving ticket in Roanoke we had no idea where to turn. So we started looking on the internet and came across Rob Dean. I emailed him and got a quick response. He never sugar coated anything. He told me his fee and I thought it was too good to be true. So it got me thinking...you get what you pay for. So I called a couple other firms in Roanoke, some called me back, some did not, some said she didn't have much chance to get it reduced and some of the fees were 3 and 4 times what Rob was charging. My daughter and I worked with Rob and although my daughter did not have to go to court we went (she needed to face the judge!) My daughter spent a couple hours in the Roanoke County jail to think about what she had done, she got lectured by the judge, she had to complete a driving class and not have any moving violations for 90 day and the charges would be dismissed. Although no one wants their kid to go to jail (even for a few hours) I believe she has learned her lesson with the help of Rob Dean and the judge. AND my car insurance will not go up. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Rob Dean...you are the BEST!!!

Rob was wonderful to work with. He was attentive, made things very simple, communicated concisely. He helped me to get more than three times the amount the insurance company originally offered me, which was a huge help, since the original amount did not fairly compensate for all my losses. He really does go beyond expectations. When I got stuck in this situation I started panicking because Speeding/reckless driving is a severe case in Virginia and it was beyond stressful. I think I spoke to 6 different attorneys who all wanted an arm or leg or a kidney.
