LEGAL CRIMINALS - I owed $500 to my HOA because they couldn't provide with me documentation on how the HOA funds were being allocated. They forwarded the collection to OPNLAW and they tacked on an additional $500 admin fee. Seriously, are you guys that in debt from law school? Criminals.
