This man has been in my corner!! Day one!! Custody , visitation, child support!! I was up against a wall for years. Dealing with my sons father. He would drag me to court JUST BECAUSE!! Now I’m peaceful and my son no long have to pick a side. IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME. Dealing with a hard to deal with ex !? PAT IS YOUR MAN!!

Best attorney I can honestly say by far!!! August 9th 2019 completely changed my life forever I went through a rough time with a crazy social services case that my ex and his mother brewed up to keep my ex from paying child support social services took my child and gave him to the paternal grandmother died to false allegations made against me. I had an awful attorney at the time fired her and hired Mr. McGraw and when I say as soon as I hired him he made things happen and QUICKLY! I got custody of my child back and still working on my child support case. Best decision was to hire this man. I am eternally grateful for everything he has done. Greastest lawyer in VIRGINIA!

I hired Mr. McGraw for a divorce and custody issues, multiple protective orders that were filed against me, falsely, and the support issues. Mr. McGraw fought for me like a lion. He won every single time we went to court, and far exceeded what I expected. He was very reasonable compared to other lawyer's prices, and always willing to work with me. He always communicated with me, even though he stays very busy, but always made a point of getting back to me, even if it couldn't be right away. He was very prepared and organized, and did a great job for me. I very highly recommend him for anybody in a divorce, or custody, or child support, or protective order case, or anything dealing with family law frankly.

My experience with Patrick McGraw has definitely been a blessing. This Lawyer TRULY fights for his clients. He will go above and beyond. He works long hours and will most definitely promptly return your phone calls email you documents as he submits them and also give you legal advice beyond the case. This is the only Lawyer you will ever need in any family dispute!! He is only getting 5 stars on here cause there is no 11 star option!

Mr. McGraw submitted a letter on my behalf and a positive outcome was the result. I am thankful that I chose him to communicate on my behalf and I believe I saved a good amount of time and headache by leaning on his expertise to explain my concerns with a life insurance investment. I plan to use him again should a need arise.

Took my anullment case over 14 months ago..just told me today I was pro bono and if I didn't like his services he would be more than happy to withdraw. Nothing has been done..the money I paid him he said went to the filing...so here I sit a year and half later with nothing..is this how pro bono should work???? He should be ashamed!!!

Patrick took my girlfriends child support case a few months ago. He was with us every step of the way! He returned our calls in a timely matter and let us know every step of the way what was going on. He ate the defendant up in court. If any other court matters occur we will surely be going with Patrick!

Divorce is a sad and heartbreaking turn of a beautiful thing. Patrick has been by my side the whole way. I don’t have the final outcome yet. Whatever it might be, I would strongly recommend him.
