This is a great law firm I would recommend them to others

David Bary and his staff have gone beyond with helping me. They made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Joyce and Bary for anyone who needs disability.

I can't speak more for the team at Joyce and Bary. Emails and phone queries were answered more promptly than by my own doctors; everything was taken care of expertly, professionally, and successfully.

They always answer the phone and are very helpful and nice. They helped get me approved for my SSDI. Thank You!

Except they didn't take our case. But beginning the process went well, until it didn't.

I would highly recommend using Mr.Bary and his firm for your SDDI application process! From start to end they helped me with each step of the process! They kept me very informed of everything that was going on. They made sure Social Security had everything they needed for my application! If I had any questions Mr.Bary or a firm member promptly returned my phone calls ! I was approved on first application! A very caring firm!

The decision to contact Joyce & Bary Law, was the single most important action I took when I became medically unable to work. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and attentive. The process is long and frustrating, but I never felt like I couldn't get an answer to a question at any time. and Most Importantly, I respect the moral compass that directs the firm. In my particular case we decided not to challenge for the back pay. This was a much better outcome for me than it was for Joyce and Bary. And they made that decision not on greed but on the best outcome for their client. I would highly recommend as least contacting them.

Mr. Bary was a kind, encouraging, supportive lawyer. Even though we fought to win my case a second time, he never gave up and we won! His whole office staff was wonderful.
