I am very disappointed with the meeting virtual today when I meet with attorney Rachel, she seems not know much things about immigration knowledge. I asked her if my conviction affected my green card status then she said maybe not but not guarantee. Then I asked if you have any research service to figure out how to fix my problem then she said she doesn't know if it can help athough it costs $1000. Then I asked if 365 days or more convictions are considered aggravated felony then she said she did not sure about it. Then I asked if reducing charge compare to the original charge will save my immigration status then she said law will change if another president replace joe biden soon. Waste my $100 consultation for only 15 minutes hearing about uncertainty things.
