Andrew was fantastic from beginning to end. His staff was great about communicating on a timely manner. Super professional. I really enjoyed my experience with Andrew.

I received a failure to pay full time/attention ticket and I was googling before my court date to find a strategy to combat it. I came across Andrew Flusche's website and it had some helpful information. HIS website also stated that you can "Call Free 24/7" and "If you are charged for failing to pay full time and attention in Stafford, contact me today for a free case strategy session so we can talk about your options and if you may have a defense." I call his office to use this option and his receptionist acts as if she doesn't know what I was talking about. She kept saying he can't appear in court with me because he's busy and I kept reminding her that I never requested him to appear in court, I just wanted the free consultation that HE offered on HIS website. After the back and forth, she said he was too busy for the consultation and referred me to someone else. I understand that attorneys are busy. I'm in my second year of law school. But, don't offer things on your website if you're not going to follow through on it. That's very unprofessional. It's even worse when someone calls and you act as if they're crazy when they're staring at your website where you offer the free case strategy. I didn't make this up or request something out of the blue. You offer free case strategies so follow through. As an attorney with a private practice, you have to make sure the people who work for you represent you well because interactions such as these fall back on you and says alot about how you run your office.

Andrew was great; he took a few minutes to talk about my case and gave me some good advice. His law office followed up my inquiry with a few emails, but really, there was no pressure to put them on retainer. Everyone I worked with in the office was very professional and responsive. Andrew was able to resolve my issue fully. 10/10, would recommend.

Amazing service, as soon as I reached their team they were very thorough during the entire process from my consultation until the day of my court hearing. Andrew represented me in court and I had my case (Reckless Driving on I-95) dismissed by the judge; we both walked away happy and it was a pleasure to do business. Thank you again to Andrew Flusche and his team. Would recommend to any and everyone who needs a lawyer in the future.

Andrew was great. Him and his team were extremely helpful, explained the entire process to me and possible outcomes. They are always available and quick to respond, they’re also very friendly. On the day of court Andrew once again went over everything with me, and he was also extremely personable. He was able to get my case dismissed, and I am so grateful. Hopefully I will never need his services again, but if I did I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

i have a reckless driving in Jan and all i need to do is trust him. finally, all i have to pay is $61 only. he’s the best!!

No clue, why my kids name is on this! Probably cause I pay the bill. Andrew is top notch, I never had to go to court! He handled it all the way!

Responded right away and very professional!!! I wasn’t in the country at the time of my court date but he took care of it and my reckless driving charge was reduced to defective device. Amazing job!! Definitely the first person I’d call!
