Very knowledgeable and well connected. He has clearly worked hard to establish a congenial rapport with the courts and law enforcement officers and knows Virginia Traffic law very well. He knew both the judge and officer related to my traffic ticket well and was able to quickly and efficiently present a case that resulted in my ticket being dismissed.

Andrew Flusche represented me in a traffic violation charge that could have resulted in a serious criminal conviction and commensurate penalties. In our early discussion, both his frankness about the charge’s seriousness and his optimistic assessment that full consideration of the situation could reduce the conviction to a traffic offense helped me understand my predicament. At the case’s hearing in the Stafford County, Virginia, General District Court, he appeared to have a comfortable and effective working relationship with justice officials, persisted in advancing his assessment, and thankfully achieved the outcome he had thought to be possible.
