Andrew and staff were very professional and made the traffic ordeal easy. The office stayed in contact with me weekly to keep me updated and managed to get my court date moved up in order to expedite the process. I would recommend Andrew to my family and friends as well as anyone that might find themselves in a situation where they need an attorney to assist in traffic violations.

Excellent Attorney Andrew represented me (Kyron) in December 2016 in Stafford County Virginia for a reckless driving case for going 70 in a 45 zone. He provided all of the possible outcomes due to this being my first offense and recommended that I do 15 hours of community service and voluntarily take the safe driver’s class. We hoped to have the charges reduced to avoid a misdemeanor charge. Andrew spoke with the officer prior to us going before the judge and the judge dismissed the charges with no court costs. I was so happy and relieved. He really went beyond expectations from the beginning and throughout this process. I highly recommend Andrew Flusche to anyone that finds themselves in this predicament.

Five stars is an understatement, Andrew Flusche and his team get it done. After getting about 50 letters in my mailbox with fancy cards and letters of attorneys who wanted to represent me (take my money) I realized I would have to research all of them to find who had the most success. I clicked Google and searched ATTORNEYS and Mr.Flusche was the first to pop up with 5 stars and great reviews, of which all these posts are accurate. His assistant there makes the process a proverbial Breeze, straight to the point no hassle, always returned calls promptly...it was amazing. Hopefully I will not need you again anytime soon Andrew! I was facing a Reckless Driving charge in Spotsylvania Co. Being a driver for a government employer, this would be career ending. Mr. Flusche put my mind at ease. The hundreds of online reviews are accurate - he and his office are VERY responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has an amazing online presence - take a few minutes to watch a few videos, they are informative as well as entertaining. I highly recommend Andrew Flusche - he convinced the judge to reduce my charges to "simple speed", meaning no criminal history, no suspension, and no impact to my employer. Bonus - I've hired 2 other attorneys in the past. 1 for a divorce, and 1 for an unrelated criminal defense. Although I had positive outcomes from both, they both had a untrustworthy vibe. I was treated like "just another case." This did not happen with Mr. Flusche. From the initial consult, to walking out of court, I was treated like a good friend and valuable client. There is something to be said for courtesy, manners and politeness. Watching him question the prosecuting officer while sincerely smiling and being polite was amazing.

I will admit that I shopped around a bit before committing to Andrew Flusche's office. As an out-of-state resident, I wanted to ensure I had the right person standing before the judge to represent me. But, after speaking with a number of firms in the area, I came full circle back to Andrew - and I'm glad I did. I wish there was a way to give Andrew Flusche 10 STARS! Andrew was able to get my traffic violation DISMISSED! Andrew and his team are a caring and top-notch firm. Out of the ten attorneys I conversed with at length, Andrew Flusche and his team were the most sincere in their message. I researched Andrew's web site, watched his video the message was consistent & clear; throughout all of his supporting materials. Andrew Flusche's team patiently worked with me as I was wavering in my decision. Hey, I never had to deal with legal matters so I was really concerned about making the right choice. I must have followed-up with Andrew's office more three times as I was making my final decision. I AM SO HAPPY IN MY CHOICE ... Andrew Flusche is he MAN! The varying attorney legal fees ranged from $250 to $1,500. One attorney actually said to me, '... you get what you pay for ...' After that lame statement I knew right then and there I knew Andrew Flusche and his team was the only firm to hire. BTW, Andrew's rate was VERY fair.
